Who We Are

The Peterborough Public Library Foundation’s goal is to enhance and enrich the Library’s role in the community, to make it part of all of our lives - a place where we can relax, explore and learn.

The Foundation was established in 1995 and supports special projects that go beyond regularly budgeted items at your library.

Some recent projects funded by the Library Foundation are:

• Books, CD-ROMs, Audio-Visual Materials
• Security Gates
• Community Programming
• New Furniture & Equipment
• Public Internet Access
