Room Rentals

If you are looking for a comfortable, convenient location for your next meeting, workshop or seminar, consider renting one of the library’s meeting rooms. The rooms are available during and after normal library hours and are wheelchair accessible.

Set-up: A variety of physical arrangements (tables and chairs) are possible, including some audiovisual equipment.

Internet: Wireless as well as wired Internet access is available upon request.

Catering: If your event calls for refreshments, Natural Blends may provide on-site catering. Please call 748-6403.

Rooms Available

The Board Room

Accommodates 17 people around a large table and features an erasable white board, projection screen and display board.

The Auditorium (Multi-Purpose Room)

Accommodates up to 200 and may be set up for lectures, meetings, displays, workshops or receptions. It includes two sizes of projection screen and has an adjoining kitchen. Use of the kitchen facilities and coffee and tea urns must be requested at the time of application for meeting room facilities. Use of the kitchen is for serving light refreshments only.
