Interlibrary Loan Renewal Requests

Renewal requests for interlibrary loans must be made 7 or more days before the due date.  You may only renew an item once.  A request is rarely refused, but if it is, you will receive a telephone call.

You must fill out a separate request form for each ILLO item you wish to renew.  Please check the pink ILLO band wrapped around your item to ensure that your item may be renewed before completing this form.
